Easy Chicken Milk Soup

chicken recipe, easy chicken milk soup





Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken
2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp of pepper and salt to taste
2 chicken broth cubes
4 big red/green bell pepper
2 chili pepper (cut in half)
3 carrots sliced in cubes
5 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
3 onion leaves thinly chopped)


PROCEDURES:
1. remove bones of the chicken and cut into small pieces, bring to boil in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes or until chicken is half cooked.
      *removed chicken from the pot,set aside water
2. heat oil, saute garlic and shallot.
3. add chicken meat, stir until chicken sides are browned
4. add carrots and wait 5 minutes, add bell pepper and chili pepper, stir then cover for 5 minutes.
5. add water from the pot.
6. add milk,powdered pepper and salt to taste.
7.reduce heat and simmer until cooked.
8.removed from heat then add onion leaves,stir and let it sit for few minutes.

SERVE HOT. ENJOY THE MEAL. :)
