Cooking sushi made easy

igorot recipe, japanese recipe, easy sushi, yummy 

This is one of my favorite recipe.


 

Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice
8 nori seaweed sheets
16 pieces of imitation crab meat
1 avocado, peeled, thinly sliced lengthwise
½ cucumber, peeled, cut into long, thin matchsticks
note: Cucumbers, Carrots, and Avocado can be added although a lot of varieties can be made depending on your taste.



1. Lay the nori sheets out on a flat bamboo mat surface. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the sheets or seaweed.

2. Top nori with rice and other ingredients then roll it.


 

3. Slice sushi 1/2 inch


5. Align sushi into the plate

  

6. Best serve with wasabi.
