Maja Blanca

pinoy maha blanka, maja blanca

Ingredients:
1 can coconut cream
3 cup cornstarch
1 can corn kernels
3 cups coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condense milk













Maja Blanca Cooking Instructions:

1. In a pot, add  coconut milk,  condensed milk, evapourated milk, corn kernels.
2. Stir mixture and bring to a boil
3. Mix the corn starch and coconut milk together into another container




4. Once boiling, add the dissolve cornstarch
5. Continue stirring until begin to thicken






6. Transfer to a molding tray
7. Flatten out the mixture with a spatula or knife
8. Let it cool at room temperature



9. Add Latik garnish: Latik is made by curdling and browning coconut cream

10. Serve and enjoy
