B-B-Q Wraps

pinoy burritos, easy tacos, pinoy wrap tacos




Ingredients:
12 Wrappers (tortilla wrapper)
4 medium cucumber
 1 cup tomatoes
1 cup cheese shredded
 1/2 kilo pork
80 grams of garlic powder or Mc cormick creamy garlic
1 can of evaporated milk
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves



Procedures:
1. Grill the pork then chopped into small size. you can grind it if you like small cuts.
2. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into small sizes.
3. Cut lettuce into long thin slice, shred cheese.
4. Cook the cream:
   How to cook Garlic Cream:
      A. Dilute Garlic powder into 1/2 cup of warm water.
      B. Bring to boil then add evaporated milk,garlic and parsley.
      C. Cook until smooth and creamy.
5. Heat the tortilla wraps' don't over heat if you want a soft wrapper. just heat it for 20 second to each side of the wrappers.
6. Spread about 2 tbsp Creamy garlic Dressing on each tortilla.

7. Place grilled bacon near edge of tortilla and top evenly with the other ingredients.
8. Wrap tortilla around filling.
9. Serve with remaining dressing.
