Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of water
3 tbsp of silver swan soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
dash of powdered pepper
1 onion leaves
Procedures:
1. Slice pork into thin and elongeted size.
2. Heat pan add pork, water, soy sauce and oil.
3. Bring to boil then add garlic.
4. COok pork until tender and water evaporates.
5. If the water is gone, fry the pork with its oil or you may add more if desired.
6. Fry until golden brown then add the chopped onion leaves.
7. SERVE HOT AND ENJOY. :)
