My 4 years old daughter wishes to have a barbie cake. She spend her time watching the procedure at the youTube on how to cook the cake and always begging me to make one for her. So to grant her wish i decided to make a little barbie doll cake for her, just a little so she can handle it because i will let her do the procedure. :)
To start, we will be needing the following ingredients:
200 grams of all purpose flour
2 medium egg
50 grams of sugar
6 tsp. of baking powder
1 box confectioner sugar for the icing

1. mix all powder ingredients and sift it.
2. beat the egg then mix it to the flour
3. Add water until the batter is smooth.
4. Pre-heat your oven, put foil in your pan before pouring your batter into it so that your cake will not stick in to the pan.
5. Bake the cake for 10 minutes.
When the cake is ready let it cool before you remove the foil.
6. Cut your cake when it's ready, be sure to make a hole at the center so that your barbie doll will fit in to it.
7. Put icing on every layer of your cake, when you're done put your barbie doll at the center. (Be sure to cover your barbie doll with foil or plastic, especially your doll's hair. make sure to secure the hair so that you will not mess up if you put your icing around her.)
8. Coat your doll's cake with thin icing before putting your final decoration icing.
