- 1 kilo mashed potato
- cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- Chopped garlic
- chopped onion leaves
- 1 cup all-purpose flour + more for rolling and shaping gnocchi
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Procedure:
1. Boil potato until cooked then mashed.
2. Add cheese, garlic, chopped onions, pepper and mix well
3. Roll, dip on beaten egg then roll over the bread crumbs
4. Heat oil
5. deep fry the gnocchi until golden brown
6. Serve hot..
